A REALTOR® is a federally registered collective membership mark which identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics. Not all real estate agents and brokers are REALTORS®.
For most people, buying or selling a home is one of the most important and largest financial transactions they will ever make and a rising number of home buyers and sellers are using REALTORS®.
According to a 2013 National Association of REALTORS® Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers, about 88% of home buyers purchase their home through a real estate agent or broker – a share that has steadily increased from 69% in 2001. Also, studies show that sellers using a real estate agent typically get between 13% to 20% more than those who sell their home themselves.
A REALTOR® maintains a customer-focused approach and provides one of the most important roles of having an unbiased, objective set of eyes during the transaction to ensure the best deal. REALTORS® know how to sell homes and are the only constant in coordinating and managing every step of the process. Because they go through the home buying and selling process daily, and no two are the same, a REALTOR® has a wealth of information and resources.
As a REALTOR® and through my relationships, I can leverage my experience and network to provide you an exceptional level of professional service required to help you buy or sell a home.
